The hotel is conveniently located, with a short walk to both Waterloo station and the London Eye. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. The rooms are spacious and clean, with options to control the temperature and open the windows for fresh air. The bathroom is equipped with a strong shower head. Some rooms even have a kitchenette with an electric stove, microwave, sink, and fridge.
There were instances of noise disturbances from other guests on the same floor, but the staff promptly addressed the issue.

Rooms are immaculate and come with a handy kitchenette and TV with streaming. Bathrooms are clean with great water pressure. The location is peaceful and just a short walk to a famous attraction. Staff are very welcoming, even providing cleaning products. The hotel has modern decoration and extra upgrades are a nice touch.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the vibrant and modern room that I had. It was decorated beautifully and had a lively atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were helpful and patient with me, especially since I was rushing around like a headless chicken. The hotel's location was also a major advantage. It was convenient for travel and accessing nearby shops and attractions.
There were a few aspects that I didn't quite enjoy. the air conditioning was not working properly and it made the room uncomfortably hot.

The location was perfect, right near a street market. The room was immaculate and had plenty of sockets for my team's needs. The shower and facilities were great. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this place as it was conveniently located near Waterloo train station, a supermarket, and a couple of really lovely bars also. The service by the staff, especially the receptionists, was top-notch, and we found the room to be well-equipped with everything we needed like heating, tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries. The housekeeping was also excellent as they made sure that everything was clean and tidy during our stay.
We recommend this hotel to everyone, and there were no negative aspects to our stay.

I loved staying at this hotel! The room was clean and modern and had everything I needed. It was also located right by the tube station, so it was super easy to get around this city and explore all the amazing sights. Plus, there was a supermarket nearby, so I could easily grab some food and snacks without having to go far.
